The Good-One - lives up to its name
I have been tending fires for 20  years with offset stick burners.  Felt like I had to put in 12 hours of watching my fire, looking for hot spots in the pit, managing temp.  Always worried about the time it was going to take.  I didn't believe Zack when he told me tender brisket with a great smoke ring in 6-8 hours.  He let me borrow the store demo pit to take home and cook for some friends.  It worked as advertised.  Brought it to 250 and kept it there with very little work.  Spring forward 6 months.  I taught a BBQ 101 class this weekend and put 20lbs of lump coal in the firebox and had enough fire to smoke a brisket in the morning and one in the afternoon.  The Marshall gives me the real estate I need to smoke 8 briskets and ease of use to smoke a chicken on a Saturday afternoon.  Best move I ever made moving to "The Good One".

A shout out to Premier Grilling Frisco and Zack.  You guys partnered with me by providing tips, information, and my pit. to make sure I was success in smoking for a group of 150.  Everyone loved the brisket and the Marshall made it happen.
