Mo Assi is one of the most accomplished chefs in the DFW area and is, by far, our favorite neighbor. Mo is owner of CRUSH TACO and chef to the greatest tacos in the area. Mo's career accomplishments include "Dining Out in Dallas" Top Chef, Top 100 Restaurants in America at The Capital Grille, D Magazine Top 20 Steakhouse and has appeared on Food Networks "Guys Grocery Games". Mo has mastered his craft at Perry's Steakhouse, The Capital Grille, Dallas Chophouse as well as Lawry's, The Prime Rib. This class will offer everything from butchering a whole ribeye to seasoning and rendering the fat for beef fat fries. This is a complete A to Z course and can't be missed. This class is held at our Frisco store on Saturday, April 14th from 12pm-4pm.

  • Mac and Cheese
  • Smoked Brussels Sprouts, bacon, focaccia

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Premier Grilling cooking classes feature premier chef and pit master talent booked well in advance of event dates, as well as quality food and beverage samples. A full refund will be offered for any cancellation request made at least five (5) days in advance of the scheduled class date and time. If less notice is given, Premier Grilling reserves the right to refuse a refund request.
