1. How much does a design consultation cost?

Answer:
Many companies charge as much as $500 for a design consultation.  We believe that the client should know what to expect from the beginning, so our design consultation appointment is always a complimentary service we offer at Premier Grilling.  Call or email today to schedule your appointment.

2. Do you build projects in phases?

Answer:
We understand that every client has a budget within to work, so we are more than happy to build a project in phases to accommodate timing or budget constraints.  We will also use our expertise to show you which portions of the design would be most cost effective completing now vs. later down the road and any pitfalls that you may not have considered.

5. What types of construction projects do you do at Premier Grilling?

Answer:
Premier Grilling specializes in design and construction of outdoor kitchens, patio extensions, patio covers, fireplaces, and fire pits.  We are the Outdoor Kitchen Experts.  If you want an outdoor kitchen, we are the only company you need.  We have the grills, smokers, and components to complete you entire kitchen all in one place.  No other company can offer the quality, selection, knowledge and service that Premier Grilling can!.

6. If I have another company building my outdoor living area already, can I still purchase my appliances for my outdoor kitchen and patio furniture from you?

Answer:
Absolutely!  Whether we are designing your backyard or not, Premier Grilling is the only name to remember for your outdoor living equipment and patio furniture.

7. Do you have a store or showroom where I can see your products?

Answer:
Yes, our showroom is located in downtown Frisco, 7776 W. Main Street, Suite 300, on the corner of Main Street and Dogwood.  We are between Preston Road and the Dallas North Tollway on the North/East corner of Dogwood and Main St. across from the Frisco Resale Center and Prosper Bank.

Our Store hours are Monday thru Friday, 10 am – 6 pm, Saturdays 10 am – 4 pm. Sunday 10 am - 2 pm.

8. How does building an outdoor living area affect the value of my home?

Answer:
While our outdoor kitchen experts are not real estate appraisers, it is pretty well known that outdoor living areas add value and sell-ability to your home. 9. OK, I am building an outdoor environment, do I need more property insurance?

Answer:
While we are not insurance agents, it is always a good idea to contact your insurance company when making additions to your home.  Outdoor environments will not be covered under most policies unless you add them on after the construction.
