Premier Grilling hosts BBQ and Grilling classes throughout the entire year that will help bring your inner chef to the outdoor kitchen! From beginners to advanced cooks we have a class for you! We also host grilling and wine tastings...great for date nights or a night out with friends. Have a great time and learn something in the process!

Kick off the BBQ Season by learning to smoke BBQ like a Champion! Rob is teaching how to smoke BBQ the way it is done in competitions across the country. Learn to BBQ Brisket, Spare Ribs, Chicken and more!

Premier Grilling and Matador Meats 1st Annual BBQ Competition
Your favorite grill and smoker store and the best meat market in town have partnered with The Paddy Dash to host a BBQ Competition to Frisco at Pizza Hut Park!
