Chris Marks is back at Premier Grilling for the 2nd and final time of 2012.  If you have already taken BBQ 101 and 201 with Rob Russell, Chris will be here to give you your BBQ Degree for Premier Grilling BBQ University! (BBQ University is signing up for all 3 classes...BBQ 101, 201, and 301.) 

***YES, You may also register for this class even if you have not taken 101 and 201.

Chris is an 8-time American Royal Grand Champion, Jack Daniels Invitational Grand Champion, and winner of countless BBQ Competitions across the United States.  He is also the general manager of Ace of Hearts BBQ Specialties, Owner of Three Little Pigs BBQ Sauces and Rubs, and one heck of a teacher of all things BBQ!  If you want to learn how the pros do it, then this class is for you!

Barbecues Galore - Frisco, Texas out of business

As of late October 2011, The Frisco Barbecues Galore retail store has closed it's doors for good.  It was located in the Stonebriar Mall area of Frisco, Texas, near Preston Road for several years and for some reason is no longer in business.

Rob has been cooking Competition BBQ for decades both in restaurants and on the circuit.  He is part of 8-Time American Royal Grand Champion BBQ Team Three Little Pigs, Ace of Hearts BBQ Specialties and the man knows his stuff!  If you want to learn how the pros do it, then this class is for you!

Pool Environments featured in HGTV article!

Congratulations to our friends at Pool Environments

on this beautiful outdoor kitchen project featured in HGTV "Kitchens that Sizzle"!   (Photo 6 of 13)

Premier Grilling provided the Twin Eagles Grill and Components for the beautifully designed contemporary kitchen.  We also added the SkyTech Spoke burner and fire glass for the firepit!

This outdoor kitchen was inspired by the architecture and home's interior. A steel arbor covers the outdoor kitchen, making it feel as though it's indoors. The barbecue unit features a smart storage drawer/door combo beneath, a double side burner, sink and a 24' under-counter refrigerator so you have everything you need right next to the pool. The expansive Arctic White Quartzia countertops allow for ample space for food prep, as well as a great surface for setting out a buffet.
