BBQ 101 (Part 1) - June 23, 2012
First, we will have BBQ 101 with Rob Russell on June 23rd covering BBQ basics and the tips, tricks, and techniques of the experts. If your Barbecue is not coming out the way you want it...EVERY TIME...then get back to the basics! This class is sure to shorten the learning curve!

If you think BBQ is just brisket, ribs and chicken...think again! Let Rob teach you how to test the limits of your smoker!

Then, to top it all off...Chris Marks comes in to teach BBQ 301 and hand out BBQ Degrees! TAKE ALL THREE CLASSES AND EARN YOUR BBQ DEGREE! And what will we learn from a 9-time World Champion BBQ Expert? Chris Marks will be teaching us how to perfect our BBQ by showing us the techniques used by the pros and the information we all need to take our 'Que to a whole new level! No matter how good your BBQ is, there is something for you to learn in these classes.

Experience Level
These classes will have something for everyone. From Beginners in BBQ to Competition Teams, there will be information and tips that will take your BBQ to the next level. Plus, we eat like kings and have a great time at every class!
Other Information
These Classes are BYOB. We will have water and soft drinks, but if you would like your favorite adult beverage, feel free to bring it...cooler space is limited. Come hungry...there will be lots of great 'Que to eat!
